Stylish Lakeview BYO Ukai serves up funky specialty maki, classic cooked fare and some contemporary twists on dishes like caprese salad and crab Rangoon, all served in an industrial-meets-Asian setting with plush banquettes, box lanterns and a sushi bar backed by a glowing red lattice; P.S. it gets its name from the Japanese practice of using cormorant birds for fishing.
