Can’t make it to the farm with the one sixtyblue crew on August 7? Don’t worry, Tony Mantuano has your farm-feasting needs covered. On August 15 the toque – along with Spiaggia executive chef Sarah Grueneberg and sommelier Steven Alexander – will be leading a trip to Nichols Farm on a chartered bus. Once there guests will tour the property, enjoy a three-course lunch and partake in a little competition on the bocce ball court. The only downside? The fun runs $150 a person (bus departs Spiaggia at 11 AM, scheduled to return at 7 PM; call 312-280-2750 or e-mail Alexandra Barton to reserve).
