When trends collide: for Baconfest Chicago earlier this month, More Cupcakes went and created a Bacon-Bacon-Bacon cupcake made with a soft yellow cake studded with crispy pieces of bacon and topped with bacon-infused buttercream and, wait for it, bacon brittle. And what do you know, the little porcine confection proved popular enough that it’s still (occasionally) gracing the store’s shelves. If you want to try the little piggy, your best bet is to check the bakery’s daily menu before walking over. Today, for instance, the Bacon-Bacon-Bacon is in ($4.25 per cupcake; 1 E.
